She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Sutphin and Emma Taylor Sutphin; her husband Robert L. Bill, Sr.; and her siblings, Betty Snyder, Peg Lambert, Clarence, William, Thomas Sutphin and Dirk Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Bill, Jr. (Catherine) of Harmony Township and Emme E. Woodward (Grant) of Henderson, NV; her grandson Justin Bill (Katie); her great grandchildren, Audrey Genevieve Bill, Gregory Bill, Sarah Woodward and Elizabeth Woodward Maturin; her sister Nancy Weiss; and also Asher Grant Maturin.
Memorials may be made in Vesta's name to the Veteran's charity of one's choice.
