Gallagher Jr. of Williams Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Gallagher Sr. and Shirley Gallagher (Vandergrift); and his sister Elaine Richards (Gallagher). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gallagher (DeBleyker); his daughters, Stacey Gallagher and Dana Mendoza (Devin); and his grandchildren, Braden Richard, Catherine Grace and Charlotte Linn.
