He was loved and cherished by many people including: his girlfriend Madison; his parents, Donna Czerniak (Rob Steinberg) and Terry Hammerstone (Jennifer); his sister Erika Delgado (Harry); his stepsiblings, Katelyn Johnson, Leeanne Johnson, Shannon Johnson, Samuel Nauman and Josiah Johnson; his grandmothers, Helen Hammerstone and Margaret Czerniak; and his aunts and uncles, Thomas Hammerstone (Diane), Holly Hammerstone, Robert Czerniak (Norma) and Edward Czerniak (Karen). He was also cherished by friends, and co-workers.
