She was predeceased by: her parents, Boleslaw Wisniewski and Helen Horbacz Wisniewski. She is survived by: her husband Robert Zappa; her brothers, Robert Wisniewski (Vicki) and Richard Wisniewski (Pam); her nephews, Mark and Tim; her stepchildren, Brian Zappa, Craig Zappa (Jennifer Zappa) and Sandra Zappa (Richard Darcy); her stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Vincent, Robert, Kyle, Sophia and Victoria; and her great grandchild Jaelyn. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
