She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Woods and Johanna Woods (Collins); and her husband Warren Philips. She is survived by: her sons, Greg Philips (Maggie) of King and Peter Philips (Lori) of Williams Township; her siblings, Thomas Woods of West Easton and Patricia Richards of Wilson Borough; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Sean, Emma, Abigail, Theodore, Thomas and Charles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
