We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Joanne C. Philips of Williams Township, Pennsylvania, born in West Easton, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Woods and Johanna Woods (Collins); and her husband Warren Philips. She is survived by: her sons, Greg Philips (Maggie) of King and Peter Philips (Lori) of Williams Township; her siblings, Thomas Woods of West Easton and Patricia Richards of Wilson Borough; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Sean, Emma, Abigail, Theodore, Thomas and Charles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
