It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Bandi of Williams Township, Pennsylvania, born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Alex Bandi; her parents, Frank Grabar and Anna Grabar (Fujs); and her siblings, Louis Grabar and Mary Kovacs.
She is survived by: her children, Alex Bandi, Jr. (Marie D.) of Williams Twp, Michael L. (Sylvia P.) of Okeechobee, FL, Steven F. (Sherry L.) of Beaver Falls and Linda E. Hilbert (George W., III) of Bradenton, FL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. (326 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 12:50 PM at the Carriage House (326 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055).
