She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Budd. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Budd (Trimmer) of Lopatcong Township, NJ; her husband Frederick R. Hitzel, Jr.; her daughter Taylor Hitzel of Davenport, FL; her siblings, Kevin Budd of Bloomsbury, NJ, Russell Budd of Easton and Diane Gyorfi of Lopatcong Township, NJ; and her godson Philip. She is also survived by three great-nieces and three great-nephews.
