He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bowen and Ann Bowen (Letzkus). He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Melanie), Daniel, Steven (Kelsey) and Joseph (Ashley); his grandchildren, Emma Elizabeth Bowen and Reyzel Astrid Root Bowen; and his siblings, Joyce McCarter, Judy Kelly, Cheryl Kolling and Mark Bowen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Friends received Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 12-4 p.m. at the Thomas L.
