He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Konsavage and Tillie Konsavage; and his sisters, Vera Sofa, Helen Konetski, Marian Poris, Ramona Kashuba and Emma Shorts.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Gayz Konsavage; his sons, John Konsavage (Joan), James Konsavage (Theresa) and Plains; his grandchildren, Robert, Jill, William, Danielle, Stephanie, Jordan, Jeffrey and Christopher; his great grandchild Aiden; and his brother Frank Konsavage (Maryann). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
