He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Helen Umlah Lewis; his wife Lois Wolsieffer Lewis; and his siblings, Fred, Albert (Bert), John, Thomas, Frank, Lewis George (Edgar), Michael, Charles (DoDo), Elizabeth, Helen, Anna and Joan (Charlotte).
He is survived by: his children, Brian Lewis (Debbie), Bonnie Harris (Earl), Annette Hodick (Ken), Laura Callahan (Bill) and Hanover Twp; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Harris (Carol), Jared Harris (Kristen), Kyle Lewis (Elizabeth), Benjamin Lewis, Corey, Leah Hodick, Seth and Jeremy Callahan; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Addison Harris and Rhys William Harris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
