He was predeceased by: his brothers, Herb, Jay, Phil and Archie Cruikshank. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sean Murtha (Sarah), Brittany Machey (Richard), Ryan Martin, Ian Martin (Maria Pisaneschi), Ashley Smith (Dwight), Evan Domanski, Logan Domanski, Christopher Bauman and Bailey Bauman; his great grandchildren, Connor, Emma Murtha, Taylor, Dylan Martin, Chase, Lucas Smith and Neala Machey; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Price (George) of Wilkes-Barre and Ruth Bedard (Richard) of Sugar Run, PA; and his pet Tucker. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, dear friends.
