He was predeceased by: his parents, Will H. Woodworth Sr. and Ethel Woodworth (Hoover); his former wife Barbara Jean Woodworth (Ecker); his son Jeffrey A. Woodworth; his grandson Eric S. Weghorst; his great grandchild Devin Weghorst; and his brothers, Charles Woodworth and Donald Woodworth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alice (Dean Weghorst) and Dr. Donna Namey (George Namey); his stepson Robert Kressly; his grandchildren, Bradley Weghorst (Dena), Chandra Masimore (Tony), Jacob Namey, Samuel Namey, Joshua Woodworth and Saul Woodworth; his great grandchildren, Hannah Weghorst, Allison Weghorst, Lydia Masimore, Isaiah Masimore, Brinna Weghorst and Christopher Weghorst; his daughter-in-law Lisa Woodworth; his granddaughter-in-law Angela Weghorst; and his brother Alan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
