He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis and Helen George Francis; and his brothers, Edward Francis, William Francis and Taylor.

He is survived by: his wife Lenore Bordick; his children, Wesley Jr., Linda Francis, Roseann Abbott (Robert), Taylor, Jennifer Damaro (David) and Jacqueline (David); and his siblings, Jack Francis (MaryAnn) and Peggy Moran. He is also survived by six grandchildren and their spouses.
