He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Phillips and Vera Rainwater Phillips (Brenda); his wife Janice Phillips (Golemb); and his brother Robert Lee Phillips. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Sincavage (Rick Sincavage) of Hudson and Michelle Desanto (Joel Desanto) of Pittston; his grandchildren, Logan, Collin Sincavage and Jacob Desanto; and his sister Cathy Richards of Laurel Run.
