He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Ruda, Sr. and Helen Ruda (Mehal). He is survived by: his sister Patricia Ruda of Dupont.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc. (255 McAlpine St, Duryea, PA 18642). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (215 Lackawanna Ave, Dupont, PA 18641).
