He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sebastinas and Margaret Mitchell Danko; his daughter Cassandra Muller; his granddaughter Madison Benjamin; his stepsons, Jason and Ryan Cwalina; and his siblings, Patricia Roman (Patsy), Margaret Melodick (Marge), Gloria Obitz, Rose Marie Gutierrez, Karen Yakabouski and Joseph J. Danko.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Walter (Christina) and Tracy Benjamin (Joseph); and his grandchildren, MacKenzie Benjamin, Emma Benjamin, Joseph Benjamin, Kayla Danko, Ava Danko, Ethan Roberts, Marissa Roberts and Cameron Danko. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
