She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Chwastyk and Sophie Chwastyk (Vankevich); and her siblings, Michael Chwastyk II and Rose Ann Meinecke. She is survived by: her sister Kathleen Chwastyk; her aunt Helen Tanski; and her nieces and nephews, Marissa Loftus, Michele Williams, Michael Chwastyk III and Gregory Meinecke. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (465 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
