She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Joe and Gerry Allen; her mother Deborah Jones; her stepdaughter Corinna Long; her husband Harold Long of Plains, PA.; her children, Sherry Long (Edward) of Pittston, PA. and Bruce Long (Ashley); her stepdaughters, Alicia Long and Virginia Beach; her grandchildren, Elena, Harmony and Josiah; her aunt Jo Ann Hornsby (Guy); and her close friend Lainie Feuerstein Ushelbec. She was also cherished by husband and wife but also best friends for 17 years.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Yeosock Funeral Home (40 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A prayer was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at the Oak Lawn Cemetery.
