Theresa Chabala Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Chabala (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 27, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa Chabala to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Albert; and her siblings, Edward Perkowski, Leonard Perkowski, Florence Flanley and Irene Balko.

She is survived by: her parents, Alexander Perkowski and Eleanor Iwicki Perkowski; her daughter Sheryl "Sherri" Durholz (James); her grandson Aaron Durholz of Columbia, NJ; and her siblings, Lillian Smith of Madison Heights, MI, Joseph Perkowski of Wilkes-Barre and Stanley Perkowski of Kingston, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to be made in her memory to St. Patrick R.C. Church, Belvidere.
