He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kassab and Leone Kamplain Kassab; and his niece Heather McAvoy. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Gruver; his son Travis (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Cathryn and Charlotte; his brother David (Mountaintop); his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Mateyu (Kenneth) and Jeffrey; and his nieces, Virginia Bonifant, Kristin Gebbie, Samantha Sparks, Heather Phillips and Jeanna Saunders. He is also survived by eight grandnieces and grandnephews.
