He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen F. Balut and Margurite Balut (Edwards). He is survived by: his wife Donna White; his daughters, Mary Elizabeth Craig (Thomas), Bridget Ann Mishkula (John), Bear Creek Village, Regina Marie Corchado (Francis) and Plains; and his siblings, John Balut (Debbie Dymond), Jeffrey Balut, Bear Creek, Peg Ignatz, Dallas, Gloria Hooper (Dave) and White Haven.
