Stephen W. Lago Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen W. Lago of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Stephen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Stephen farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lago and Mary Catherine Heffernan Lago; and his siblings, Bill Evans and Ann Burns (Francis Burns). He is survived by: his sister Linda Klein (Atty); his sister-in-law Pauline Evans; and his nephew Atty.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (35 William St, Pittston, PA 18640). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
