He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Skiro Zavatsky; and his children, Lorraine Creedon of Connecticut, Dorothy Tedder (Paul) of Connecticut, Stephen Zavatsky, Jr. (Ann) of Connecticut and Bette Jane Haskell (Stephen) of Connecticut. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; sister.
