Rosiak (Medley); his children, Torey Lee Medley, Cody Lee Rosiak (Cassandra) and Ariana Rochelle Elizabeth Rosiak; and his siblings, Thomas Rosiak, John "Kevin" Rosiak, Eleanor Giamusso and Mary Rose Rosiak. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
