He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen T. Prevuznak and Agnes Prevuznak (Offshack); his siblings, Bernard Prevuznak and Regina Polachek; his brother-in-law Charles R. Winchilla; and his nephew Robert James Winchilla.

He is survived by: his sister Monica A. Winchilla of North Wilkes.
