The passing of Shirley E. Edwards in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 26, 2024 at the age of 80. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Viola Engler (Hower) and David Lloyd Engler of Nuangola Station. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Edwards Fisher (Philip "Flip" Fisher, Jr) and Heidi Lynn Edwards (James "Jim" Wittman Jr.); and her grandchildren, Max and Katie Fisher. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 105 E 19th St, Northampton, PA 18067. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the same location. She orchestrated a move to Country Meadows Independent Living, after Covid.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul's UCC, Northampton and/or Catasauqua Community Partnerships, via the funeral home.
