He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anthony and Ann Alexis. He is survived by: his parents, Dawn Alexis Scott and Shawn Alexis of Bear Creek; his brother Shawn Alexis Jr. (Brittany); his niece Avery; his nephew Wyatt of Dallas; his grandparents, Jean, Stanley Bzura of Miners Mills and Thomas Craig of Florida; and his pets, Reyna and Dash. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
