It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russell Stevens of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on July 20, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chancey Stevens and Maude Stevens; and his brothers, Duane, Harley, Richard and Bob.

He is survived by: his daughters, Loretta "Lori" Stevens and Sylvia Decker (Daniel); and his granddaughter Ashley Decker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
