We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2025, at the age of 83, Ronald A Lewis (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Todd and Esther Miller Lewis; his wife Peggy (Peggy); and his brothers, J. Todd Jr. and Melvan.
He is survived by: his daughter Megan; his son-in-law Billy (North Carolina); his son Tim; his daughter-in-law Maggie (Arizona); and his brother-in-law John D. Phillips (Pennsylvania). He is also survived by his father, brothers, and close friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yeosock Funeral Home (40 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Messiah Primitive Methodist Church (110 Pittston Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at the Oaklawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Desert Winds Assisted Living (Arizona) in appreciation of the exceptional care and compassion shown to Ron and Peggy in their final years.
