He is survived by: his children, Erin Decker (Jeff) of Philadelphia, Megan Skultety (Chris) of Chambersburg, Robert P Rowe, Jr. (Linsay) of Plymouth and Richard Rowe (Janet) of Mountain Top; and his siblings, Joseph Rowe (Tina) of Swoyersville, Cathy Hailstone of South Carolina and Arline Penny of St. Pete, Florida.. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
