Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Rogers and Mary Rogers (Williams); and his sisters, Rita, Shirley, Mary Lou and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Sis Rogers (Dunbar); his daughter Tracy Rogers (David Gyle); his grandchildren, Sarah Gyle, Alyssa Gyle and Aiden Gyle; and his brother James Rogers (Ginny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services (465 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701).
