He was predeceased by: his parents, Reamer Evans and Alice Pennypacker Evans; his wife Joyce Savage; and his sisters, Marie Whitt and Carol Krushinsky.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Szymanski (Anthony), Gail Baron (Mark) and Tammy Lutecki; his grandchildren, Michael Szymanski, Christian Sholtis, Tyler Sholtis, Andrew Baron, Aubrey Baron, Jody Dymond and Cody Dymond; and his sisters, Bernice Foreit, Bea Connell and Sharon Simpson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to The Salvation Army, 17 S. Pennsylvania Ave, Wilkes-Barre, Pa, 18701.
