She was predeceased by: her parent Rose Mary Wallace (Storm); and her brother Richard Wallace. She is survived by: her parent Ralph Wallace; her husband John Hornlein; her children, Jeffrey Hornlein (Melissa) and Anna Hornlein; her grandchildren, Samantha, Jeffrey, Chris, Robert and John; and her brothers, Ralph, Roger and James Wallace.
