We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2020, at the age of 94, Miriam Irene Simmers (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Joseph Kaiser and Irene Estelle Hoskins Kaiser; her son Wesley B. Simmers, Jr.; and her brothers, Charles H. Kaiser, Richard M. Kaiser and Frank Kaiser.
She is survived by: her husband Wesley B. Simmers, Sr.; her son Richard C. Simmers (Lynn); her daughter-in-law Rita Simmers; her grandchildren, Patrick Simmers (Karen), Christopher Simmers (Sabrina Langman), Easton, Sean Simmers (Alicia) and Kyle Simmers (Becca) of Baltimore, MD; her sister Irene Clark (Joseph); and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Simmers, Andrew Simmers, Azalee Stauffer, Mikayna Stauffer, Derien Jefferson and Everly Simmers. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
