He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Martinez; and his stepfather Steve Miller. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Miller; his girlfriend Gloria Lefort; his daughter Nicole Martinez (Amber Miller); his stepchildren, Robin Conway, Amanda Snarski, Desarae Shaffer and Richard Hadvance; and his siblings, Crystal Andasol, Anthony Miller and Jody Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
