He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Himlin and Theresa Hehn Himlin; his siblings, Donald Himlin, Dorothy Davenport and Theresa Morton; and his nephew Billy Morton.
He is survived by: his wife Ellyn Thomas Himlin; his sons, Matthew Himlin (Dora) and Daniel Himlin (Kaylie); and his grandchildren, Madeline, Matthew, Thomas, Jack and Natalie.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the E. Blake Collins Funeral Home (159 George Ave, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral E. Blake Collins Funeral Home (159 George Ave, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Nicholas Church (226 S Washington St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701).
