She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Butler and Daisy Butler (Good); her husband Emil J. Slavick Sr.; and her daughters, Virginia M. Slavick, Marion Washicosky, Judith Shaffer, Linda Hay and Janet Oakley.
She is survived by: her son Emil J. Slavick Jr. (Barbara) of Wilkes-Barre; her grandchild Numerous; and her sister Daisy Miller (Virgil) of Worcester, MA. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, fellow residents and dear friends.
