She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mihalko (Jake) and Mary Shoemaker Mihalko; her husband John J. Horny; and her brothers, Edward Mihalko (Duke) and John Mihalko (Crano).
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Youkoski, Joseph Hurn (Renee), Paul Hurn (Kathy) and Donna Kugler (Bob); her grandchildren, Jenna Youkoski, David Siley, Joseph Hurn, Bryanna Hurn, Paul Hurn Jr., Allyson Kugler and Bradley Kugler; her brother Daniel Mihalko; and her brother-in-law Elmer Petlock. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
