She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Chiucchi and Maria Chiucchi (Gaggiotti); her husband Stephen E. Ulicny; her siblings, Ernest, Charles Chiucchi, Josephine Paciotti, Santina Chiucchi, Jennie Segretto and Regina Blandina; and her sister-in-law Doris Chiucchi.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Brunn, Denise Long (John) and Maria Ulicny; her grandchildren, Kristen Brunn (James Roccograndi), Kelsey Brunn, Kaitlin Long, Michael Long and Gregory Long (Colleen Tygh); her niece Michele Blandina Earlley; and her caregiver Natalia Domashinski. She is also survived by her family and friends.
