It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille M. Hannon (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 4, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Lucille farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Lucille is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas M. Hannon and Anna Hannon (Kolanich); her brother John T. Hannon; her sister-in-law Theresa Hannon (Brzycki); and her niece Tricia Wheland (Hannon).
She is survived by: her nephew Thomas Hannon (Anna); and her great-nephews, Thomas and Nickolas Hannon.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc. (20 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
