She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hahn and Mary Burke Hahn; her husband Joseph Usloski; her grandsons, Alan Bonn and John Lord; her daughter-in-law Laura Dale; and her siblings, Roseanne Dunay, Theresa Vital, Maryann Oleniak and Edmund Hahn.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Dale (Sharon) of Dunellen, NJ, Mary Dale, Michael Dale (Adria Knecht), John Dale, Arthur Dale and Joann Bonn (David); and her sister Bernadette Banta. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
