Phillips of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Phillips and Mary Finocchio Phillips; and his siblings, Victor Phillips, Joseph Phillips, Rose Phillips Fidale, Gloria Phillips Hundley, Rita Phillips Herrick and Carmella Phillips Newkirk.
He is survived by: his sons, Blake Phillips of Xenia, OH and Jason Phillips of Philadelphia, PA; his son-in-law Chad Schleig of Philadelphia, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Sandra Fidale Millison of North Bend, WA, Wayne Hundley of Bear, DE, Victor, Anne Hundley of Atglen, PA and Anthony Newkirk of Little Rock, AR..
