She was predeceased by: her father Edward Check. She is survived by: her mother Florence Check (Benson); her daughters, Jamie Costello (Andrew) of Thompson Station, TN and Jaclyn E. Smochek (Richard) of Columbia, TN; her grandchildren, Samantha, Riley, Noah Kate, Chloe, Jamison Graham, Mila and Beckham; and her siblings, Donna Burgess, Jackie Pesotski, Kathie Carr and Ed Check. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
