He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis G. Foster and Catherine Foster Gibbons (Schiffhauer). He is survived by: his wife Ann E. Cunningham; his sons, Devon Foster (Megan) of Wilkes-Barre, Ned Foster of Wilkes-Barre and Lewis Michael Foster of Wilkes-Barre; his grandchildren, Olivia, Maddison and Colton Foster; his brothers, Curtis Foster and Lehman (Joyce) of Dallas; and his nieces and nephews, Shelby and Jay Foster.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc. (20 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice in Scott's memory.
