He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Pieck Sarnick; his pet Gypsy; his wife Deneen Sarnick (Sartini); his children, April Sarnick and Leonard Sarnick, III; his mother-in-law Hilda Sartini of Plains; his sisters-in-law, Maria Gyle (Wayne) and Kimberly Sartini; and his godparents, Michael Pieck and Irene Long. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
