Larry Taren Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2021, Larry Taren of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul and Stephen Taren; his grandchildren, Alec, Daniel, Cindy and Michael Taren; and his former wife Dolores Taren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins; and innumerable friends.
At over sixty years of age, he cycled from Boston to New York in a charity fundraiser for the cause of HIV/AIDS.
