It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph W. Zawatski of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zawatski and Bertha Zawatski (Alesczyk); his wife Helen M. Zuraf; and his sisters, Dolores Motto, Lillian Pesta and Josephine Grzymski.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Zawatski (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Eric, Emilee and Ethan Zawatski; his brother-in-law Frank Zuraf (Betsy); and also Anton Dumanov.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, restrictions have been put in place by the CDC and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
