He is survived by: his parents, Michele Lepore (Miscavage) and Armand Lepore of Wilkes-Barre; his brother Godfather; his stepfather Michele; his brother Matthew Osmanski; his grandmothers, Mollie Osmanski and Eleanor Miscavage; his stepgrandparents, Leona Lepore, Armand Lepore and Uncles; and also, Armand, Jenny Caso and Paternal.
