He was predeceased by: his father John J. Farley II; and his brother Michael A. Farley. He is survived by: his mother Mary Gallagher Farley of Dunmore; his siblings, John J. Farley III (Jori) of Dunmore and Brigitte Farley Burke (Robert) of Dunmore; his close friend Rose Chrobak of Wilkes-Barre; and his nieces and nephews, Tara, RJ, Molly (Michael Burke), Jack (Brenna), Alexa and Matthew Farley (Connor Leuthe).
