He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Stashik and Elizabeth Boynoski Stashik; his wife Bernadine; and his siblings, Bernadine, Michael and Stanley.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Stashik, David Stashik and Michele Santuk (Michael); and his grandchildren, Alex Stashik (Brianne), Jenna Santuk and Kendra Santuk. He is also survived by friends and great neighbors.
